January 15, 2009: Registration Balance due to only pay $330.00 per person. - March 1, 2009: Registration Balance due to only pay $335.00 per person.
- March 2, 2009: Registration Balance will be $350.00 per person.
- April 1, 2009: Last day to receive refunds (not including the $100.00 deposit) for registration cancellations.
- May 7, 2009: Last day to make substitutions for registrants attending the San Antonio Sola conference.
- May 21, 2009: Last day to make substitutions for registrants attending the Grand Rapids Sola conference.
